Meet Jessica
Helping overwhelmed women in midlife simplify their health so they can feel
vibrant, strong, and well again.

Hi, I'm Jessica. I'm a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Certified Nutrition Health Coach, Registered Yoga Instructor, educator, wife, mother of three boys, and founder of Vibrant Woman Health & Wellness Coaching. But long before I was a coach, I was simply a woman trying to take care of everyone else.
Like many women in midlife, I've navigated hormonal changes, exhaustion, digestive challenges, stress, caregiving responsibilities, and the overwhelming feeling that there is never enough time or energy left for yourself.
Over the past few years, life has taught me lessons I never expected to learn. Through health challenges, caring for aging parents, raising teenage sons, navigating marriage, work, and the demands of everyday life, I've discovered that women don't need more pressure. They need support. They need nourishment. And they need permission to care for themselves with the same compassion they give to everyone else.
That realization became the foundation of Vibrant Woman. Today, I help women simplify their health through evidence-based coaching, nutrition, movement, stress management, and sustainable lifestyle habits that fit real life.
My goal isn't perfection. My goal is helping women feel stronger, more energized, more confident, and more at home in their bodies. Because I believe God created women to flourish in every season of life. And I'd be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
If you're ready to simplify your health, reclaim your energy, and begin prioritizing your own well-being, I'd love to connect with you. Schedule a complimentary discovery call, and let's talk about how I can support you.
Mission
Menopause is not an illness or disease.
It's a normal and natural transition in every woman's life. She does not need to be "fixed"
because she is not broken.
She simply needs to be loved, supported,
and nourished.
"You are altogether beautiful, my darling. There is no flaw in you."
Solomon 4:7
